At Storybook Montessori, Ascot, we use a secure parent app called Ovivio to celebrate and share your child’s learning journey with you.

Through the app, you can enjoy photos, daily updates and special golden moments from your child’s time with us, see how they are developing through the EYFS framework, update interests and routines, and easily view invoices and receipts.

Ovivio allows our team to spend less time on paperwork and more time doing what matters most — guiding, supporting and caring for the children.

To keep families even more connected, we also send out a weekly newsletter filled with updates, upcoming events, what’s happening in the nursery and local community, as well as important reminders.

While Ovivio helps us stay connected digitally, nothing replaces the importance of strong, face-to-face relationships with parents. We believe open and honest communication between home and nursery gives every child the very best start.

Parent Visits and Family Events

Throughout the year, we love to welcome families into our nursery.

Whether it’s celebrating cultural festivals, joining us for People Who Help Us week, attending special events, visiting your child’s new learning environment as they transition, popping in for a cuppa at one of our coffee mornings, or simply stopping by for a chat, our doors are always open. These moments help children feel secure, supported and proud to share their learning with the people who matter most.
